What We Can Help With

What We Can't Help With
- Specific HVAC diagnoses — if your furnace is making bad noises, smells weird, or isn't working, call a licensed HVAC technician. We can tell you how filters work, but we can't troubleshoot your specific system from an email.
- Warranty claims or product support — contact the manufacturer or retailer directly.
- Order issues — if you ordered a filter from Amazon, FilterBuy, or any other retailer through our affiliate links, please contact that retailer. We don't have access to their order systems.
